At Gamer Connection are goal is for you to recieve your goods as simply and quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that any package or item goes missing in transit we will endevor to replace or track down the item as soon as is practicaly possible.
If an item is found to be faulty then the item must be returned to our Artarmon office for examination and replacment, if you are unable to come to our offices then you will have to ship the item back at your own cost.
Most items are shipped out same day but usually before 3 - 4 pm that day, the postal services close at 5 - 6 pm so any orders after those times will have to wait next day or if made on a friday or weekend the following Monday excluding public holidays.
All items are free express post except for Premodded consoles and large PC parts any item larger than a standard postpack will incur a postal charge to your area.
Not all Australian areas support next day express shipping if you are in a remote area you may want to check australia post webistes to see if expess next day shipping is available, most of these non standard areas recieve the item within 2 - 3 days.
